We are offering a two-part webinar series where part-one will be an overview of how quality systems have evolved over time and commonplace terms, definitions and examples.

The second part will be advancing these terms to applications within the supply chain.  By the end of these 2 sessions, at a minimum you will have a greater understanding of quality systems tools and applications that you could contribute to your continuous improvement practices.
